Christine has been performing since the moment she realized there was an audience. First as the star of kitchen and living room whenever her parents‘ guests arrived, then as a student of the Rockford Public Schools Creative and Performing Arts Program, followed by an extended stay on Rock Valley College’s Studio and Starlight stages, and myriad appearances on any stage to which she was invited. When not on stage, she has worked behind the scenes building costumes, selling tickets, and organizing volunteers. To say that she is excited to be a part of this remarkable group of friends and family is an understatement. Since she stepped out from behind her parents‘ giant 1970’s stereo speakers that were the closest things to wings she could get, she has hoped for an opportunity like this. Good theatre requires trust, creative collaboration, and respect. All of these essential qualities are present in Usual Suspects.
